In 2020, I made the transition to full-time business owner with Nori Event Co. with the intent of helping other business owners provide memorable experiences through virtual events and online programs. Since then, I’ve developed backend processes, created and implemented project plans, and guided clients through strategic planning. All while ensuring their business is still aligned with the life they want to live. (Spoiler alert… sometimes this means a pivot is needed.)

Fast forward to today and my business focus has shifted from events and implementation to operation-driven strategy, specifically as a Director of Operations (DOO).
