If we decide we’re the right fit for one another, then you’ll receive the agreement and invoice to kickstart the onboarding process.

Before we can dive into your business together, I need to you spend time reflecting on why you started your business in the first place and what is important to you moving forward.

I’m Jessica, Director of Operations and Your Future Strategic Partner to Build and Scale Your Business with Intention!

In 2020, I made the transition to full-time business owner with Nori Event Co. Since then, I’ve developed backend processes, created and implemented project plans, and guided clients through strategic planning. All while ensuring their business is still aligned with the life they want to live.
(Spoiler alert… sometimes this means a pivot is needed.)

Fast forward to today and my business focus has shifted from events and implementation to operation-driven strategy, specifically as a Director of Operations (DOO). We will work together over the course of six hours (with breaks, of course). VIP Days take place on Thursdays - you get to select the date that works best for you. Pre-work must be submitted five business days before your scheduled VIP Day. 

Q: How long will we be working together?

This process is solely focused on strategy. There are no individual project plans and implementation included in this package. If you’re interested in project plans, then we can discuss the options available as an additional service.


Q: What is not included in Strategic Mapping?  

Jessica is currently not taking on fractional DOO clients. However, if you need accountability or ongoing strategic support (outside of the quarterly check-in's) to continue moving your business forward, please bring this up on the discovery call or during your last call with Jessica.
